FREEDOM OF THE CITY OF LIVERPOOL

JUNE 2010 

Details have yet to be finalised for the Freedom Parade, however, it should take the following format:

1. Presentation of the Freedom scroll (to be held at St Georges Hall)
2. Parade through the Streets of the City:
3. Civic Reception, to be held in St Georges Hall (open to all members and their families)
4. "Freedom " Ball to be held at a date and location TBC:

It is the intention to have all Branch members involved in all aspects of the celebrations:  (More details to follow )

WE WILL ALSO BE ATTENDING THE DRUM HEAD SERVICE AT ALDERSHOT DATE 19th - 21st June 2010 only one mini bus will be used so the first 16 members to send their proformas in will be able to attend unless you wish to travel using own transport (contact Secretery

GUEST NIGHT DINNER The Branch will be holding a guest dinner night .  Dress for the evening is Black Tie/Lounge Suite for Gentelmen, Cocktail Dresses for Ladies  the Chairman Col Peter Jackson TD L/RADC Will be in attendance RETURNED COMPLETED PROFORMA'S by no later than 17th July 09
