ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Tuesday 7th May 

 

The Branch AGM took place on Thursday12Th March starting at 2000hrs in the Drill Hall Chavasse House.

 

All members are invited, after the meeting in- to the  Ian Farrall Club for a drink and a chat

         Guest Dinner Night was discussed at length in view of last years cancellation the secretary stressed that in order to make the event viable a minimum of 25 members need to attend those present were asked if they new of any reason why the uptake for last year was so low no one could provide an answer it was decided that should numbers be low this year then the event would be held in the Ian Farrall Club

 

4.      Welfare report (Sue Karran)

         In the absence of Maj (Rtd)Sue Karran the secretary reported that there were no changes or additions to the welfare report that wenty out in the news letter. 

6.      Any other business. (Open floor)

 

 The Welfare Officer Maj (Rtd Sue Karran and Deputy Standerd Bearer Sgt (Rtd) John McKenzie have decided to stand down. The committee and I am sure all the members would like to convey  our heartfelt thanks for all your hard work during your tenure Many many Thanks.  At the same time I would like to take this opportunity to wellcome some new members on to the committee. in the Welfare office Cpt (Rtd Ireen Cowie and Sgt (Rtd Ian Whittingham and Deputy Standered Bearer's Sgt (Rtd Michael Head aka Rushy. and Cpl (Rtd) Billy Eiger Welcome the boys need a couple of cheap Blazers lol.
